Our Cancellation Policy
At PrisCards, we strive to process orders quickly and efficiently to ensure customers receive their Pokémon and One Piece Card Game products as soon as possible. Please review our cancellation policy carefully before placing an order.
By placing an order with PrisCards, you agree to the terms outlined below.
In-Stock Products
Orders containing in-stock items may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, provided that:
- The order has not entered processing.
- The order has not been packed for shipment.
- A shipping label has not been created.
- The order has not been dispatched.
To request a cancellation, please contact our support team as soon as possible with your order number.
While we will do our best to accommodate cancellation requests, we cannot guarantee cancellation once order fulfillment has begun.
Pre-Orders & Upcoming Releases
Important Notice Regarding Pre-Orders
All Pokémon TCG and One Piece Card Game pre-orders are final and non-cancellable.
When a pre-order is placed, inventory is immediately allocated and reserved specifically for your order. This allows us to secure stock from our suppliers and ensure fair product allocation for all customers.
By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Pre-orders cannot be cancelled.
- Pre-orders cannot be modified after purchase.
- Pre-order payments are non-refundable prior to shipment.
- Release dates are provided by manufacturers and distributors and may change without notice.
- Delays caused by manufacturers, distributors, or logistics providers do not qualify for cancellation.
We strongly encourage customers to review all product details carefully before placing a pre-order.
Orders Already Shipped
Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
If you no longer wish to keep an eligible product after delivery, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for information regarding returns.
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched.
Address Changes
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us immediately after placing your order.
Address changes can only be made if the order has not yet entered the shipping process.
We cannot guarantee modifications once shipping labels have been generated.
Fraud Prevention
To protect our customers and business, PrisCards reserves the right to:
- Cancel orders suspected of fraudulent activity.
- Request additional verification before processing certain orders.
- Refuse service where fraudulent or abusive behavior is suspected.
Any cancelled order due to fraud concerns will be refunded to the original payment method following verification.
Refunds for Approved Cancellations
For eligible in-stock order cancellations approved before processing:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Refund processing typically takes 3–7 business days.
- Banks and payment providers may require additional time to complete the transaction.
